摘要
中青年骨干教师队伍是高职院校推动各项工作的中坚力量和实现建设目标的关键因素。以广东科学技术职业学院为例,通过对该校教师队伍和人事制度建设现状以及中青年骨干教师队伍建设工作中存在的主要问题进行分析和讨论,从"突出政治引领,加强中青年骨干教师的党建工作""积极创造条件,拓宽中青年骨干教师成长的绿色通道""整合工作资源,形成中青年骨干教师队伍建设的合力"三个方面提出加强高职院校中青年骨干教师队伍建设的具体举措。
Young and middle-aged key faculty are the backbone of higher vocational colleges to promote the work and the key factors to achieve the construction goals. Taking Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Technology as an example, through the analysis and discussion of the current situation of the construction of the faculty and personnel system as well as the main problems in the construction of the young and middle-aged key faculty, this analyzes and discusses the following aspects: "highlighting the political guidance, strengthening the Party construction of the young and middle-aged key faculty", "actively creating conditions, broadening the green channel for the growth of the young and middle-aged key faculty", and "improving the quality of the young and middle-aged key faculty", which are put forward to strengthen the construction of young and middle-aged key faculty in higher vocational colleges.
