新时代对高校思想政治教育提出了更高的要求,要将立德树人作为教育根本,为此,必须要充分融合"三全育人"与网络育人思想,推动高校思想政治教育改革与创新。现阶段高校网络思想政治教育存在校园内外文化环境不利于思想政治教育、网络教育意识不强,网络教学水平较低、大学生网络信息辨别能力与自律性不强三方面问题,为了确保"三全育人"背景下高校网络思想政治教育取得较好的效果,需要从强调示范性,建立全面的网络思想政治教育体系、注重创造性,构建优秀网络文化、坚持标准性,创建网络教育工作团队三个方面进行。
