高等职业教育下大学生创新能力培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of College Students’ Innovation Ability under the Higher Vocational Education

创新是民族进步的灵魂,是引领发展的第一动力。随着社会经济的不断发展,我国对创新领域的重视程度也越来越高。高职院校作为我国职业教育的重要阵地,也承载着培养创新性人才的重任。但目前高职院校的学生创新能力普遍不高,创新意识也较为薄弱,因此培养高职院校学生创新能力刻不容缓。但由于高职院校目前存在教学理念落后、考核标准单一和缺乏专业性人才等缺陷,并不能很好地发挥起培养高职院校大学生创新能力的要求。因此,本文将基于高等职业教育加大学生创新能力培养研究这一问题进行深入的分析和探讨,针对以上提出的问题,给出相应的对策,以期能够为广大高职院校对大学生创新能力的培养提供借鉴与参考。

Innovation is the soul of national progress and the first driving force of development. With the continuous development of social economy, China attaches more and more importance to the field of innovation. As the important position of vocational education in China, higher vocational colleges also bear the heavy responsibility of cultivating innovative talents. But at present, the students’ innovation ability and innovation consciousness in vocational colleges are generally not high, so it is urgent to train the students’ innovation ability. However, due to the defects such as backward teaching concept, single assessment standard and lack of professional talents, vocational colleges cannot give full play to the requirements of cultivating students’ innovation ability. Therefore, this paper will be based on the higher vocational education to enhance the cultivation of students’ innovation ability for in-depth analysis and discussion, in view of the above problems, the corresponding countermeasures, in order to provide reference and reference for the majority of vocational colleges for the cultivation of college students’ innovation ability.
