服务于河南自贸区建设的高校外语人才培养战略研究

The Study on the Strategy of Foreign Language Talent Training in Colleges for the Construction of Henan Free Trade Zone

河南自贸区的成立有利于推动河南更加积极主动地实施开放战略,加快建设内陆开放高地。在此大背景下,河南与"一带一路"沿线国家的对外交流和合作将日趋频繁,需要大批高素质、高质量的外语人才。然而,省内高校外语人才培养现状并不乐观,符合自贸区需求的外语人才处于紧缺状态,制约着自贸区经济的可持续性发展。本文立足河南自贸区建设,分析省内高校外语人才培养存在的共性问题,提出服务于自贸区建设的高校外语人才培养战略,有助于实现人才供给与经济需求对接,为重构高校外语人才培养模式提供新思路。

The establishment of Henan Free Trade Zone promotes Henan to actively implement the opening strategy, accelerating the construction of inland opening highland. Under these circumstances, foreign exchanges and cooperation between Henan and the "Belt and Road" countries will become increasingly frequent, and there is a large demand of high-quality foreign language talents. However, the current training situation of foreign language talents in Henan colleges does not seem to be optimistic. What’s worse, the shortage of foreign language talents, who are qualified to meet the needs, restricts the sustainable development of Henan Free Trade Zone’s economy. Based on the construction of Henan Free Trade Zone, this essay intends to analyze common problems existing in the cultivation of foreign language talents in Henan province, and then put forward foreign language talent training strategy in the service of Henan Free Trade Zone, which facilitates the fulfillment of balance between talent supply and demand, and meanwhile raises new ideas to reconstruct foreign language personnel training mode in colleges.
