"双高计划"建设背景下,高职院校章程建设更具深远意义。然而,如今高职院校章程建设现状不尽如人意,出现了制定主体不全面、执行效果不明显等问题,本文调研章程建设现状并分析原因,以期提出合理化的建议,推动高职院校章程的建设,促进"双高计划"的顺利实施。

Under the background of double-high plan, the constitution construction has more profound significance for the higher vocational colleges. However, the current status of constitutional construction in higher vocational colleges is unsatisfactory. Problems such as incomplete formulation of the main body and so on. This article introduces the current situation and issues during college constitutional construction, tries to investigate cause of problems, and analyzes it in order to put forward rational suggestions to promote higher vocational colleges.
