在我国社会经济不断发展的过程中,对技术性人才要求也在不断提高,单一化人才培养方式已经无法满足社会发展需求。为了能够促进学校教育改革,1+X证书制度开展尤为重要。1+X证书制度为高校学生提供大量学习机会与就职方向,但是我国相关政策并无有效的落实,也缺乏完整工作体系。所以,本文就以空乘1+X证书制度为例,分析1+X制度实施的策略。

In the process of the continuous development of our country’s social economy, the requirements for technical talents are also constantly improving, and the single talent training mode has been unable to meet the needs of social development. 1+X certification system is particularly important in order to promote school education reform. 1+X certificate system provides a large number of learning opportunities and employment direction for college students, but the relevant policies in China have no effect and lack of a complete work system. Therefore, taking the flight attendants 1+X certificate system as an example, this article analyzes the 1+X system implementation strategy.
