高职学生党员后续培养是院校党建工作的重要内容,在很大程度上决定了整个党员队伍的素质水平。新时代社会的发展提高了对党员的素质要求,使学生党员的后续培养的难度增加。鉴于此,选择以高职学生党员后续培养为研究主题,探讨当前高职学生党员后续培养存在的问题,并基于存在的问题提出针对性的优化策略,从而推进新时代学生党员后续培养的质量提升。

The follow-up training of Party members of vocational students is an important part of the Party construction work in colleges and universities,which determines the quality level of the entire Party member team to a large extent. The development of society in the new era has raised the requirements for the quality of Party members,making the follow-up training of student Party members more difficult. In view of this,it chooses to follow up the training of Party members of vocational students as the research theme,discuss the current problems of the follow-up training of Party members of vocational students,and propose targeted optimization strategies based on the existing problems,so as to promote the quality of the follow-up training of student Party members of the new era.
