The rapid development of world globalization has made cultural exchanges more and more frequent. Various countries will spread and exchange excellent cultural products. With the improvement of China’s overall national strength, more and more English-speaking countries have translated traditional Chinese books into English for learning. Zhuangzi is one of them. Based on the historical development research background of the English translation of "Zhuangzi", the problems of word accuracy, cultural differences and professionalism of the translator in the English translation of "Zhuangzi" are explored, and then suggestions for the targeted translation of "Zhuangzi" is proposed to promote the spread and exchange of culture.
