基于OBE教育理念的“反向式、一体化、项目驱动”的新工科人才培养研究

Practice of“Reverse,Integration,Project-driven”Talent Training and Construction Method for New Engineering Majors Based on OBE Education Concept

目前国内高校,特别是民办高校在大数据等新工科专业的建设上存在师资和教学条件不足,建设时间短、缺乏可借鉴经验,导致专业建设、人才培养质量难以保障。为解决这一问题,云南工商学院启动教改课题,结合学院多年的校企合作、产教融合、专业共建的应用型人才培养经验。引入OBE教育理念、工程教育认证的专业建设思想,探索出一条以校企合作为平台,反向推导人才培养、一体化的课程设置,项目任务型驱动的课程内容;探索出一套高校新工科专业人才培养建设改革的可行性方案。

At present,there are insufficient teachers and teaching conditions in the construction of new engineering majors such as big data in domestic higher colleges,especially in private higher colleges.By introducing the OBE education concept and the professional construction idea of engineering education certification,this paper explores a reverse derivation of talent training,integrated curriculum,project task driven curriculum content based on the platform of school enterprise cooperation,and explores a set of feasible plans for the construction and reform of new engineering talents training in colleges and universities.
