高等教育是我国高素质人才教育输出的摇篮,保障高校教育能力及专业教育水平,是现代高校教育发展重中之重。第三方评估机构作为高等教育评估参与主体,应在教育评估方面起到直接导向作用,利用尊重客观事实及保障信息真实性基本特点,加强对高校教育评估分析水平,并逐步完善自身评估管理体系,以期帮助高校呈现更为真实、准确的评估结果。

Higher education is the cradle of education output of high-quality talents in my country,guaranteeing the educational ability and professional education level of higher colleges is the top priority of modern college education development.The third-party evaluation agency,as a participant in higher education evaluation,should play a direct guiding role in education evaluation,use the basic features of respecting objective facts and guaranteeing the authenticity of information,strengthen the level of analysis of university education evaluation,and gradually improve its own evaluation management system,in order to help colleges and universities present more authentic and accurate assessment results.
