医学作为一门自然科学,蕴含着丰富的人文内涵。当今高等医学院校普遍重医学专业教育,轻人文素质教育。如何做好医学生人文素质教育,提升其职业精神和情怀是医学高等教育亟待解决的问题。本文首先剖析了医学人文教育的现状及存在的问题,通过重新审视中华优秀传统文化可植入医学人文素质教育的内容,探讨了如何运用其丰富内涵提升医学生的人文素质,培养合格的医疗卫生人才。

As a type of natural science,medicine contains rich humanistic connotation.Nowadays,the medical higher colleges generally emphasize professional education rather than humanistic education.How to strengthen the humanistic quality education of medical students and improve their professional spirit and feelings is an urgent problem to be solved in medical higher education.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of medical humanistic education first.By reexamining the contents of the traditional Chinese culture implantable in the medical humanistic quality education,it discusses how to use its rich connotation to improve the humanistic quality of medical students and cultivate qualified medical and health talents.
