摘要
OBE教育理念十分适用于师范教育。普通师范院校教学模式从OBE教育理念出发,以教育成果为导向进行教学模式改革,能够给普通师范院校的教学带来显著提升。基于OBE教育理念下的普通师范院校的教学模式改革主要从人才培养模式和方案、结业要求以及教学评价四个方面展开。
OBE education idea is very suitable for normal education.The teaching mode of normal colleges starts from the OBE education concept and reforms the teaching mode guided by the educational achievements,which can significantly improve the teaching of normal colleges.Based on the OBE education concept,the teaching mode reform of normal colleges mainly includes four aspects:personnel training mode and program,graduation requirements and teaching evaluation.
