South Korea's 5G+strategy and the enlightenment

韩国率先完成5G商用化后,为促进其在信息通信技术领域的国际竞争力优势,提出《创新成长:韩国5G+战略》,以实现韩国产业优化升级分析了韩国《创新成长:韩国5+战略》中五大战略方向、21个实施路径、39个重要项目的战略转变、政策侧重、实施方案。发现其区别于此前韩国单一的技术支持及企业扶持,提出了全新的产业环境构建,突出了产业链创新的发展思路结合韩国发展实践,表明中国在未来5G商用化及产业优化过程中,应从产业链转向、产业链创新衔接、技术环节科技要素配置3个层面入手健全5G及5G产业发展环境,促进国家科技核心竞争力提升。

After South Korea took the lead in the 5 G commercialization, in order to promote its international competitiveness in the field of information and communication technology, Korea proposed the Innovative Growth: South Korea’s Strategy of 5 G+ to realize the optimization and the upgrading of South Korea’s industry. South Korea’s Strategy of 5 G+ enlightens us to promote the rationality of China’s future plans for 5 G and related industries. This paper reviews five strategic directions, 21 implementation paths and 39 important projects of South Korea’s Strategy of 5 G+, focusing on the strategic transformation, the major policies and the specific implementation plans. The Innovative Growth: South Korea’s Strategy of 5 G+ is different from the previous south Korean single technical support and business support, with its new industrial environment construction, the development direction of the industrial innovation, giving much food of thought for the innovation and the development in our country. In view of Korean development practice, our country should start with three levels of work: the industrial chain transformation, the industrial chain innovation convergence, and the scientific element configuration to the technological links in the future commercial and industrial optimization process of 5 G to perfect 5 G and 5 G industry developing environment and promote the core competitiveness of national science and technology.
