摘要 将银行服务融入到客户场景之中,把低频的金融服务转变为融入客户生产生活场景的高频互动,更要贯通产业互联网与消费互联网,促进C端与B端供需弹性匹配,驱动产业链协同升级,实现需求触发的逆向价值传导,从而消除客户与银行之间的信息不对称与不信任,为金融服务创新提供发展新空间。 The digital age is an era of“connection,integration and symbiosis”.Every industry and every company is in a wave of innovation and paradigm upgrading,which has a major and farreaching impact on the social economy and business model,and is fundamentally changing the world,individuals and businesses.Especially during the COVID-19,the value of information technology has become ever more prominent and the digitalization of society has accelerated.Based on commercial banks’practices in digital transformation,Pan Weidong,President of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank,shared his thoughts on upgrading digital financial services and exploring digital financial models.
