Recently,Tian Xiangxia,the Party secretary of the west community of Nancun sub-district of new workers'village,was gratified to find that everything was in order and everyone was happy and contented when she took a stroll around the community.To Tian Xiangxia,one thing is certain,the community has undergone significant transformation based on the guidance of Party building which worked forward the establishment of a sound and effective system of grassroots grid management.
