双歧三联活菌胶囊联合马来酸曲美布汀对糖尿病性腹泻的疗效

Effect of Triple Viable Bifid Capsules combined with Trimebutin Maleate on diabetic diarrhea

目的探讨双歧三联活菌胶囊联合马来酸曲美布汀对糖尿病性腹泻的疗效及对患者肠道菌群分布、胃肠激素分泌的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2018年1月间我院收治的60例糖尿病性腹泻患者为研究对象,回顾性分析两组患者的治疗方案并分为对照组(n=32、接受马来酸曲美布汀治疗)和研究组(n=28、接受双歧三联活菌胶囊联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗)。持续治疗2周后,对比两组患者的疗效、肠道菌群分布、胃肠激素(胃泌素、胃动素)水平差异。结果治疗2周后,研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组患者(χ^2=4.329,P=0.037)。研究组患者粪便乳杆菌、双歧杆菌数量高于对照组,而肠球菌、肠杆菌、酵母菌的数量低于对照组患者(t=2.521、4.238、3.512、2.668、5.177,P=0.007、<0.001、<0.001、=0.005、<0.001)。研究组患者胃泌素、胃动素的水平低于对照组患者(t=6.580、5.559,均P<0.001)。两组患者药物相关不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论双歧三联活菌胶囊可提升糖尿病性腹泻的治疗效果,同时优化患者肠道菌群及胃肠激素分泌。

Objective To observe the effect of Triple Viable Bifid Capsules combined with Trimebutin Maleate on diabetic diarrhea and on intestinal flora distribution and gastrointestinal hormone secretion.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic diarrhea in our hospital during January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled and,according to the treatment they received,were divided into control group(n=32,Trimebutin Maleate)or observation group(n=28,Trimebutin Maleate combined with Triple Viable Bifid Capsules).After 2 weeks′continuous treatment,the treatment efficacy,distribution of intestinal flora and levels of gastrointestinal hormones(gastrin,motilin)were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency rate in the observation group was higher than that in control group(χ^2=4.329,P=0.037).The counts of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in feces in observation group were higher,while those of Enterococcus,Enterobacter and yeast were lower than those in control group respectively(t=2.521,4.238,3.512,2.668,5.177;P=0.007,<0.001,<0.001,=0.005,<0.001).The levels of gastrin and motilin in observation group were lower than those in control group(t=6.580,5.559;all P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of drug-related adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Triple viable Bifid capsules can improve the therapeutic effect of diabetic diarrhea,and optimize intestinal flora and gastrointestinal hormone secretion.
