膝关节骨性关节炎运动疗法的研究进展

Progress of Research in Sports Therapy of the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

膝关节骨性关节炎是一种很常见的、难以完全治愈的退行性疾病,会导致患者膝关节功能及活动受限,尤以老年患者常见。目前,国内的治疗目标以缓解病人疼痛、阻止疾病发展、保护关节功能、提高患者生活质量等方面为主,相关研究成果数量显著。文章对国内关于运动疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的成果进行梳理并做综述,以期掌握运动疗法的研究进展。

Knee osteoarthritis is a common degenerative disease and it is very difficult to be completely cured.It can cause the limitations to the function and activity,which is very common to the elderly patients.At present,the treatment objectives of the knee osteoarthritis focus on relieving the pain of the patients,preventing the development of disease,protecting the function of joints and improving the quality of life in China.The research achievements in this field are remarkable.This article summarizes and reviews the achievements in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with sports therapy and hopes to master the research progress of the sports therapy.
