摘要
目的探究超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与血常规检测在儿童细菌性感染、病毒性感染及支原体感染中的临床诊断价值。方法选取2018年2月-2019年2月来本院治疗的患者呼吸道感染性疾病儿童128例作为实验组,128例健康体检儿童为对照组,对2组儿童进行hs-CRP和血常规检测。结果细菌性感染组和病毒性感染组中hs-CRP、WBC水平均高于对照组(P <0.05),hs-CRP、WBC的阳性率均高于对照组(P <0.05);细菌性感染组、病毒性感染组及支原体感染组的hs-CRP阳性率分别为78.57%、13.85%和47.62%,WBC的阳性率分别为66.67%、10.77%和28.57%。hs-CRP和WBC联合检测细菌性感染、病毒性感染及支原体感染的阳性率分别为90.48%、29.23%和76.19%,阳性率显著高于hs-CRP或WBC的单项检测率(P <0.05)。结论对儿童进行hs-CRP和血常规的联合检验,可有效提高儿童细菌性感染、病毒性感染和支原体感染的临床检出率,具有一定的临床意义。
Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and blood routine test in children with bacterial,viral and mycoplasma infection.Methods A total of 128 children with respiratory infec-tious diseases treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the experimental group and 128 healthy children as the control group.Hs-CRP and blood routine tests were carried out in the two groups.Results Statistical results showed that the levels of hs-CRP and WBC in bacterial infection group and viral infection group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of hs-CRP and WBC in viral infection group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP and WBC in viral infection group were different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of hs-CRP in bacterial infection group,viral infection group and mycoplasma infection group were respectively 78.57%,13.85%and 47.62%.The positive rates of WBC were respectively 66.67%,10.77%and 28.57%.The positive rates of bacterial infection,viral infection and mycoplasma infection detected by hs-CRP and WBC were respectively 90.48%,29.23%and 76.19%.The positive rate was significantly higher than the single detection rate of hs-CRP or WBC(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of hs-CRP and blood routine in children effectively reduce and improve the clinical detection rate of bacterial,viral and mycoplasma infections in children,which is with certain clinical significance.
