摘要
目的应用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术对检出的金黄色葡萄球菌菌株进行溯源检测,明确同源性。方法参照GB4789国家标准方法,对采集标本进行致病菌分离、鉴定。应用PFGE检测技术对检出的金黄色葡萄球菌进行分子分型研究,使用BioNumerics软件进行聚类分析„结果该起食物中毒共检出5株金黄色葡萄球菌,5株金黄色葡萄球菌生化试验、肠毒素实验结果一致,PFGE实验条带完全相同,属同一克隆。结论引起该起食物中毒的金黄色葡萄球菌分离株为同一克隆株。
Objective To detect traceability of Staphylococcu aureus strains from a food poisoning event by pulse field gel electrophoresis(PFGE).Methods According to GB4789 method,Staphylococcus aureus strains were isolated and identified.Molecular typing of Staphylococcus aureus detected by PFGE was studied,and clustering analysis was carried out by BioNumerics software.Results The results of the biochemical test and the enterotoxin test were consistent in the five Staphylo-coccus aureus strains detected in this food poisoning event.Five strains of Staphylococcus aureus belonged to the same clone.Conclusion The same cloned Staphylococcus aureus caused this food poisoning.
