全球应对疫情背景下我国制造业的生存与发展对策探讨——以佛山为例

On Survival and Development Strategies of Chinese Manufacturing Industry in the Context of Global Anti-COVID-19:A Case Study of Foshan City

2019年底爆发的新冠疫情使得制造业受到了较大影响。目前正是我国制造业转型升级的关键时期,因此有必要就制造业在全球应对新冠疫情背景下的生存和发展对策进行探讨。论文选取"制造重镇"佛山为研究对象,梳理了佛山制造业发展呈现出的新特征,基于这些特征,分析了此次疫情对佛山制造业产生的影响,发现制造业企业在生产资料、物流、资金链、投资、贸易等方面均有不同程度受损,尤其是劳动密集型产业和中小型制造企业最严重。然后,分别从政府和企业层面,就制造业如何生存和发展提出可行性建议对策。

The outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic has greatly affected the manufacturing industry.Now it is a critical period for Chinese manufacturing to transform and upgrade itself. Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the survival and development of manufacturing industry in the context of global response to the new epidemic. Taking Foshan as the research object,the study sums up the new characteristics of its manufacturing industry,and analyzes the impact of the epidemic on Foshan’s manufacturing industry based on these characteristics. It is found that manufacturing enterprises are damaged to varying degrees in terms of production means,logistics,capital chain,investment and trade. The labor-intensive industries and small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are affected particularly seriously.Finally,the paper puts forward some plausible suggestions and countermeasures to the government and enterprises to help the industry to survive and develop.
