On Construction of Hubei’s Regulatory System for Horse Racing Events

通过文献资料、实践调查法对赛马赛事监管体系定义及概念进行界定,同时针对湖北省赛马赛事发展现状,提出监管体系构建的要素及方法,同时提出相应的对策与建议。

The regulatory system for horse racing events is defined through the methods of literature review and practice survey.The basic elements and methods are proposed to build the regulatory system targeted at the present development situations of the horse racing events in Hubei.Finally some recommendations are made.
