摘要
本文通过对宝山顾村大居的案例研究,从"空间—社会—历史"三重视角审视,揭示了上海市大型居住区建设所带来的城市边缘区空间形态的变化特征,并且对作用机制进行探索,提出了大型居住区是上海住房保障政策在空间上的投射的观点。虽然源动力来自市级政府的计划安排,但区级政府的响应能力和主动可以直接影响大居的发展走向。区级政府通过规划调整、土地经营、城市营销等手段主导着空间演变过程,推动顾村大居从中低收入人口聚集的"卧城"向人口多元化的城市综合型节点地区转化。
Based on the case study of Gucun large residential area in Baoshan district,this paper reveals the characteristics of spatial evolution of the fringe area in Shanghai from the perspective of"space-society-history",and discusses the unique factors and mechanism of spatial change.The paper argues that the large residential area is the spatial projection of housing security policy,and the source power comes from the planning arrangement of the municipal government,but the response ability and initiative of district government directly affect the development trend.The district government leads the spatial evolution process and promotes the development by means of planning adjustment,land management and urban marketing,and promotes Gucun large residential area to transform from a gathering place of the people with low-to-medium income to a comprehensive urban node area with diversified groups of people.
