城市综合体设计要点分析——以杭州高德置地广场为例

Analysis on the Main Points of Urban Complex Design——A Case of Gaode Real Estate Plaza in Hangzhou

本文从城市综合体的建筑设计与城市的对话关系、对地域文化的理解和体现、多元功能的合理组合、经济和社会价值最大化、动线和交通组织,以及城市综合体特有的技术难点入手,对城市综合体的设计要点进行一些思考和总结,并以"杭州高德置地广场"为例,结合城市综合体的设计要点进行了具体的探讨分析。

From the aspects of the dialogue between the architectural design of urban complex and the city,the understanding and embodiment of the regional culture,the rational combination of multiple functions,the maximization of economic and social values,the organization of movement and transportation,and the technical difficulties peculiar to the urban complex,the main points of urban complex design are considered and summarized.Taking Gaode Real Estate Plaza in Hangzhou as an example,this paper discusses and analyzes the main points in the design of the urban complex.
