设计总包是一个建设项目的设计相关工作均由一家设计单位作为主体责任方负责实施的项目。本文以设计总包的视角对青岛中学项目进行分析,表达对项目设计总包问题的看法,探讨设计总包面临的问题,提高设计效率和品质。

Design general contract is a project that all the related design contents are conducted by one company,which is the main responsible party.This paper analyzes the project of Qingdao middle school from the perspective of design general contract,expresses the views on the project design general contract,discusses the problems faced by the design general contracting,and improves the design efficiency and quality.
