大理石粉对水泥水化影响的热同步分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着建筑产业的发展,建材成本逐年升高,粉煤灰、粒化高炉矿渣等矿物掺合料供不应求,而大理石粉来源广、用途多、成本低、宜粉碎,将其用作水泥基材料的矿物掺合料可降低建筑成本,其对水泥水化过程的影响将决定其是否可用。通过TGA-DSC试验,研究了大理石粉对水泥水化产物的影响,结果表明试验用大理石粉颗粒小于水泥,对水泥基材料可起到填充作用;大理石粉加入水泥以后,改变了水泥水化速度,大理石粉越细水泥水化越快;少量大理石粉参与了水泥的水化过程。 With the development of the construction industry,the cost of building materials is increasing year by year.And the mineral admixtures such as fly ash and granulated blast furnace slag are in short supply.Marble powder has a lot of advantages,such as wide range of applications,low cost and suitable for crushing mineral admixtures.It can be used as cement-based materials to reduce the construction cost.But its influence on cement hydration process will determine whether it is available or not.By TGA-DSC test,the effect of marble powder on cement hydration products was studied.The results showed that the marble powder particles used in the test were smaller than cement,which could play a filling role in cement-based materials.After adding marble powder to cement,the hydration speed of cement was changed,and the finer the marble powder was,the faster the hydration of cement.A small amount of marble powder was involved in the hydration process of cement.
