Analysis on Dynamic Management and Cost Control of Construction Projects

建筑工程的成本受成本管理理念、工程设计变动和动态管理控制体系的影响。本文基于建筑工程控制的3个重要因素对成本的影响,结合实例对工程造价的动态管理与成本管控要点进行分析。因此,笔者结合建筑工程项目建设的实际情况,将管控要点实施于实例的工程造价动态管理与成本控制中,其总建设成本节约了2.35%。

The cost of construction projects is affected by cost management concepts,engineering design changes and dynamic management control systems.Based on the impact of the three important factors of construction engineering control on the cost,this paper analyzes the key points of dynamic management and cost control of the engineering costs with practical cases.Therefore,combined with the actual construction conditions of the construction project,this paper implemented the key points of management and control in the dynamic management and cost control of the project cost of the cases,which saved about 2.35%total construction costs.
