建设项目的落实需在手续齐全下进行,但建设项目前期手续办理内容复杂、要求诸多,常对建设项目进程产生影响。为此,文章对建设项目前期手续办理内容展开系统梳理,了解手续办理现状,探究优化手续办理工作策略。

The implementation of the construction project needs to be carried out under the condition of complete procedures,but the content and requirements of the procedures in the early stage of the construction project are complex,which often affects the process of the construction project.For this reason,this paper systematically sorts out the content of the procedures in the early stage of the construction project,understands the status quo of the procedures,and explores the strategies for optimizing the procedures.
