Research on the Whole Process Control of the Cost of Building Hydropower Installation

水电系统是现代建筑工程的重要组成部分之一,在现代工程造价控制理念越来越科学的大环境下,建筑水电安装工程的造价全过程控制也备受重视。本文首先阐述了建筑水电安装工程造价全过程控制的概念和意义;然后从造价目标、监督机制及人员管理等方面,分析了当前建筑水电安装工程造价控制中存在的问题;最后,从实际角度出发,对造价全过程控制的策略进行探索。

Hydropower system is one of the important components of modern construction engineering.As the environment of modern engineering cost control concept becomes more and more scientific,the whole process control of construction hydropower installation engineering cost is also highly valued.This paper first expounds the concept and meaning of the whole process control of costs of the construction hydropower installation project,and then analyzes the existed problems from the aspects of cost objective,supervision mechanism and personnel management.Finally,from a practical point of view,it explores the strategy for the whole process control of the costs.
