摘要
嫁接亲和力直接影响嫁接成活率和成枝力。通过以白榆(Ulmus pumila)为砧木,以垂榆、大叶垂榆、圆冠榆、金叶榆、长枝榆5个品种作接穗进行嫁接试验,结果表明:榆属景观树种嫁接亲和力由强到弱的组合顺序是金叶榆—白榆、圆冠榆—白榆、长枝榆—白榆、垂榆—白榆、大叶榆—白榆;嫁接后成枝力强弱的顺序是圆冠榆>长枝榆>垂榆>金叶榆>大叶垂榆。
Grafting affinity directly affects grafting survival rate&shoot ability.By using Ulmus pumila as the rootstock,five varieties of Ulmus pumila‘Pendula’,U.americana‘Pendula’,U.densa,Ulmus Pumila‘Jinye’,U.davidiana‘Changzhi’were used as scions for grafting experiments.Result shows that he combination order of grafting affinity of Ulmus landscape tree species from strong to weak is Ulmus pumila‘Jinye’-U.pumila,U.densa-U.pumila,U.davidiana‘Changzhi’-U.pumila,U.pumila‘Pendula’-Ulmus pumila,Ulmus laevis-U.pumila;after grafting,the order of strength of shoot ability is U.densa>U.davidiana‘Changzhi’>U.pumila‘Pendula’>Ulmus pumila‘Jinye’>U.americana‘Pendula’.
