摘要
为了探索无机基质与混合基质对金叶复叶槭嫩枝扦插生根的影响,以金叶复叶槭为试验材料,选择2种不同配比基质进行扦插生根试验,对2个处理的生根率、生根数与根长进行对比分析。结果表明:由于基质透气性、保水性及有机物含量不同,处理1(无机基质,珍珠岩∶蛭石=1∶1)生根率较低,生根数多,平均根长较大;处理2(混合基质,草炭土∶珍珠岩∶蛭石=1∶1∶1)生根率较高,生根数少,平均根长较小。
The effects of inorganic substrate&mixed substrate on the rooting of softwood cuttings of Acer negundo‘Aurea’were explored.Taking Acer negundo‘Aurea’as experimental material,the rooting rate,rooting number&root length of two treatments were analyzed.Result shows that treatment 1(inorganic substrate,perlite∶vermiculite=1∶1)has lower rooting rate,more rooting number and longer average root length,while treatment 2(mixed substrate,peat soil∶perlite∶vermiculite=1∶1)has higher rooting rate,less rooting number and shorter average root length due to different air permeability,water holding capacity and organic matter content.
