浅谈职业院校技能大赛视域下的高职学生就业创业能力培养

Discussion on the Relationship between Skill Contests in Vocational Colleges and the Cultivation of Employment and Entrepreneurship Ability of Higher Vocational Students

在职业院校人才培养过程中,技能大赛在高职学生就业创业能力培养中起到推助作用,而学生就业创业能力的培养也为技能大赛的有效性开展提供理论、思想保障,两者之间密切关联。新时代背景下,进一步探究技能大赛与学生就业创业能力的培养的关系十分必要,有助于重塑职业院校专业课程体系,提升职业院校人才培养质量。对此,分析职业院校技能大赛对高职学生就业创业能力培养价值,论述职业院校技能大赛的高职学生就业创业能力培养问题,提出职业院校技能大赛对高职学生就业创业能力培养路径。

In the process of talent training in vocational colleges,the skill competition plays a role in the cultivation of employment and entrepreneurship capabilities of vocational students,and the cultivation of student employment and entrepreneurship capabilities also provides theoretical and ideological guarantees for the effectiveness of curriculum system of vocational colleges and improve the quality of vocational colleges. In this regard,it analyzes the value of vocational college skill competitions for vocational college students’ employment and entrepreneurship training,discusses the vocational college skills competition for vocational college students’ employment and entrepreneurship training,and proposes the vocational college skills contest for vocational college students’ employment and entrepreneurship training.
