人才培养工作状态数据在高职院校管理中应用研究——以漳州科技学院为例

An Application Research on Status Data of Talent Training in the Management of Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Zhangzhou College of Science and Technology

在我国的高等教育中,高职院校是其中十分重要的组成部分,同时也是我国教育实现全面发展中十分重要的一环。科学合理地分析高职院校人才培养工作状态数据,在整个院校人才培养工作的评估中是十分重要的手段,同时一定程度上也是教学质量完善的保障体系,可以对高职院校科学管理的实现有效促进。基于此,本文通过分析漳州科技职业学院人才培养工作状态数据,来为学校提升办学质量提供数据支撑,同时给出对应的举措。

Higher vocational college education is an essential part of the national higher education as well as an important part of the integrated development of education. Scientific and reasonable analysis on the status data of talent training in higher vocational colleges is fundamental to the evaluation of talent training,and to some extent,is the guarantee system of the improvement of teaching quality,which facilitates the scientific management in higher vocational colleges. By analyzing the status data of talent training in Zhangzhou College of Science and Technology,this paper provides data support and measures for the improvement of teaching quality.
