摘要
21世纪是知识经济的时代,人才竞争揭示了社会竞争的本质,高素质职业型人才更是推动我国产业结构调整升级,促进经济高质量发展的重要人力资本。以此为起点展开逻辑推演,职业人才源自职业教育,而职业教育水平高低主要取决于高职院校师资队伍,在"一带一路"国家倡议背景下,建设一支具有国际化水平的高职院校师资队伍,是推动我国赶超国际先进水平的重要保障。由此,可以将高职院校师资队伍国际化建设作为长远的战略目标,以此推动我国经济转型升级和实现高质量发展。本文通过分析我国高职院校师资队伍建设中存在的问题,探索展开国际化建设的有效途径,以供参考和借鉴。
The 21 st century is the era of knowledge economy,when talent competition reveals the nature of social competition.High-quality professional talents are to promote the adjustment and upgrading of China’s industrial structure and the high-quality development of the economy of the important human capital. Logical deduction as a starting point,professional talent comes from professional education,professional education level mainly depends on the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,under the background of the national "Belt and Road"Initiative,build a has the internationalization level of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,is the important guarantee to promote our country to catch up with the international advanced level.Therefore,the internationalization of the faculty in higher vocational colleges can be regarded as a long-term strategic goal to promote China’s economic transformation and upgrading and achieve high-quality development. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges and explores effective ways to carry out international construction for reference.
