我国疫情防控中的法治实践及意义

Legal Practice and Significance of Epidemic Prevention and Control in China

根据习近平总书记强调要从立法、执法、司法、守法各环节发力,为疫情防控提供法治保障。本文从这四个环节研究疫情防控中的法治实践特点,努力挖掘疫情防控法治实践对于我国今后法治实践指导思想的意义,提出抗疫法治实践能够完善我国未来的法治实践,体现在从司法独立到独立与服务兼顾的思想动向转变,从形式法治思想到追求价值引领的实质法治思想转变,更加突出弘扬社会主义核心价值的全民守法教育思想转变。

According to General Secretary Xi Jinping,he stressed the importance of legislation,law enforcement,justice and law abiding efforts to provide legal protection for epidemic prevention and control. This paper studies the characteristics of the rule of law practice in epidemic prevention and control from these four aspects,tries to explore the significance of the practice of the rule of law in epidemic prevention and control for the guiding ideology of the practice of the rule of law in the future in China,and proposes that the practice of the rule of law in epidemic prevention and control can improve the practice of the rule of law in the future in China,which is reflected in the ideological trend change from judicial independence to independence and consideration of service,and the essence from the idea of formal rule of law to the pursuit of value guidance. The transformation of the thought of the rule of law highlights the transformation of the thought of law-abiding education of the whole people,which promotes the core value of socialism.
