摘要
幼儿园教师专业认同的实质含义是加深对自身职业意义和价值的整体认知,每个幼儿园教师的成长和发展进程中,专业认同会伴随不同阶段而产生动态变化。本次选取个案研究的方式,运用叙事研究法,进一步明确专业认同对幼儿园教师专业发展的影响,从五个维度展开具体论述。
The essence of kindergarten teachers’ professional identity is a deep understanding of their own professional significance and value as a whole. In the process of the growth and development of each kindergarten teacher,professional identity will change dynamically with different stages. This paper chooses the way of case study,using narrative research method,to further clarify the impact of professional identity on the professional development of kindergarten teachers.
