摘要
转型背景下,学前教育领域对于人才的需求更加趋向于多元化、应用化。本文通过对辽宁省鞍山师范学院学前教育专业本科学生实习状况的调查,针对其实习、实训情况作了细致分析,提出了分散实习期并合理设置高校课程、促进教育实习评价机制多元化发展等有效的应对策略。
Under the background of transformation,the demand for talents in the field of preschool education is tend to be more diversified and applied. This paper makes a detailed analysis of its educational practice training situation investigates the internship status of undergraduate students majoring in preschool education in Anshan Normal University in Liaoning Province. It proposes effective countermeasures such as disperse internship period,sets up college courses reasonably,and promotes the diversified development of the evaluation system for educational practice etc.
