高职扩招背景下线上线下混合式教学模式的探索与实践

我国百万扩招政策为当前的职业教育带来了全新的发展机遇和挑战,使高职院校在现代技术快速发展的背景下不得不调整教学模式和人才培养战略,以此应对扩招政策所带来的机遇和挑战,为市场经济培养出更多专业型、复合型、实践型的优秀人才,切实推动我国社会主义现代化的全面发展。本文结合扩招政策的现实价值及其为高职院校的发展带来的机遇和挑战,提出基于线上线下混合模式的教育策略,从而帮助高职院校抓住扩招政策的时代机遇,应对教育变革的现实挑战,推动高职院校的全面发展。

China’s one million enrollment expansion policy has brought new development opportunities and challenges for the current vocational education. Under the background of rapid development of modern technology,higher vocational colleges have to adjust the teaching mode and talent training strategy,so as to cope with the opportunities and challenges brought by the enrollment expansion policy,cultivate more professional,compound and practical talents for the market economy,and effectively promote the all-round development of China’s socialist modernization.
