摘要
随着高职创新创业教育改革不断深化,发挥专业教师与辅导员协同育人的优势,对实现教育资源配置最优化、师生关系最优化、德育效果最优化有着积极意义。通过架构协同观念下的大学生双创素养生成的耦合机理,阐释协同理论对新时代高职培养创新创业人才工作的适用性,分析了现有专业教师与辅导员协同开展大学生创新创业工作中的困境,并构建专业教师与辅导员协同开展大学生创新创业工作机制,以期为推进发挥新时代高职专业教师与辅导员在创新创业方面的协同指导作用提供一种可行性的解决方案。
With the deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in higher vocational colleges,it is of positive significance to optimize the allocation of educational resources,the teacher-student relationship and the effect of moral education to give full play to the advantages of collaborative education between professional teachers and counselors.Through constructing the coupling mechanism of generating college students'innovation and entrepreneurship literacy under the collaborative concept,the paper interprets the applicability of coordination theory to collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship talent work in the new era,analyzes the difficulties in the innovation and entrepreneurship work collaboratively undertaken by professional teachers and counselors,and build professional teachers and counselors'innovation and entrepreneurship collaborative working mechanism,in order to provide a feasible solution to promote the collaborative guidance function of higher vocational professional teachers and counselors'innovation and entrepreneurship work in the new era.
