校友资源应用于高校育人工作的探析

校友是高校人才培养的成果也是反哺母校的重要资源,在高校育人工作中发挥着积极而重要的作用。阐述了校友资源内涵,从校友具有的品牌资源、人力资源、财力资源三方面的效益对其育人作用进行分析,就高校育人工作中如何做好校友资源的开发与应用进行了探索,并提出了对策与建议。

Alumni are not only the achievements of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,but also the important resources to feed back their alma mater,which plays an active and important role in the education of colleges and universities.This paper expounds the connotation of alumni resources,analyzes the educational functions of alumni from the benefits of brand resources,human resources and financial resources,explores the way to develop and apply alumni resources in university education,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
