In the circumstance of“Internet+”,cloud party construction(online management of the party),a new area as well as a new model of party construction,is born at the times request to break through the limits of traditional ways such as training by meetings,centralized education,etc.This new“ecological system”fits the needs of the era,strongly enriches the content of internal works,and improves the effect of the party construction.With the continuous development of modern information technology,it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the cloud party construction from the perspectives of maintaining the progressiveness and purity of this Marxist Party,so as to launch the innovative governance comprehensively including education,service and communication,and further promote the party construction in high quality.
