基于中药质量常数的苦参饮片等级评价

Grade evaluation of Sophora flavescens decoction pieces based on quality constant of traditional Chinese medicine

为了保证苦参饮片的药效、促进市场高价值流通,依托质量常数法进行苦参饮片的质量等级评价研究。从药材市场上收集15批饮片,测定其外在性状指标(饮片质量及厚度)和内在指标成分(苦参碱及氧化苦参碱)。通过计算出的质量常数(A)及百分质量常数(A%),对苦参饮片进行等级划分。结果表明,15批苦参饮片质量常数为13.56~42.77,百分质量常数为31.71%~100%。它们被划分为3个等级A≥34.22为一等饮片;21.39≤A<34.22为二等饮片;A<21.39为三等饮片。基于质量常数建立的评价方法可以将性状鉴别与指标成分含量相结合,综合、客观地对苦参饮片进行等级划分,为中药材的生产、流通和监管提供参考。

In order to ensure the efficacy of Sophora flavescens decoction pieces and promote high-value circulation in the market,based on the quality constant method,the grade evaluation of Sophora flavescens decoction pieces was studied.15 batches of decoction pieces were collected from the medicinal material market,and the external characteristic indicators(quality and thickness of decoction pieces)and the intrinsic indicators(content of matrine and oxymatrine)were measured.Then,the quality constant(A)and percentage quality constant(A%)were calculated and the grades of Sophora flavescens were classified.The results show that the quality constants of 15 batches of the decoction pieces are 13.56~42.77,and the percentage quality constants are 31.71%~100%.The 15 batches of Sophora flavescens are divided into three levels:GradeⅠ(A≥34.22),GradeⅡ(21.39≤A<34.22),and GradeⅢ(A<21.39).The evaluation based on the quality constant method can combine the identification of the traits and the content of the index components to classify Sophora flavescens decoction pieces comprehensively and objectively.It also provides reference for the production,circulation and supervision of Chinese medicinal materials.
