摘要
深圳地铁10号线孖岭站—雅宝站区间隧道是深圳市第一条采用双护盾TBM设计与施工的隧道,并取得良好的实际应用效果。文章综合考虑水文地质、施工工法及管片防排水等因素,对TBM选型、参数设计、掘进施工和管片设计进行阐述;结合工程案例和现场实测,提出相应工程措施和设计改进方案。以期对后续深圳地铁硬岩隧道建设具有借鉴意义。
The tunnel between Maling station and Yabao station of Shenzhen metro line 10 is the fi rst tunnel designed and constructed with double shield TBM in Shenzhen,and has achieved satisfactory practical application effect.Based on the hydrogeology,construction method and segment waterproof and drainage,this paper expounds TBM selection,parameter design,excavation construction and segment design.By taking into consideration of the engineering cases and fi eld measurement,it puts forward corresponding engineering measures and design improvement scheme in order to provide reference for the subsequent construction of Shenzhen metro hard rock tunnel.
