《勒斋诺编年史》是9、10世纪之交加洛林王朝晚期诞生的一部编年体史书。它的作者勒斋诺有为其本族法兰克人撰史的民族意识,表现为对法兰克人世俗政权和领袖的认同、推崇。但他没有彻底摆脱基督教会“世界主权论”的影响和束缚,也没有彻底摆脱基督教编年史世界普遍主义的影响和束缚。他的这部《勒斋诺编年史》属性复杂,呈现出一种介于“同时代民族史”与“基督教世界史”的过渡、混合形态。
The Chronicle of Regino of Prüm is a chronicle,written in the late Carolingian dynasty at the turn of the 9th and 10th centuries.Its author,Regino,had a national consciousness of writing history for his own Franks,which was manifested in his recognition and esteem of Frankish secular regimes and leaders.However,he did not completely get rid of the influence and shackles of the Christian Church’s world sovereignty theory,nor world universalism in the Christian chronicles.His book,The Chronicle of Regino of Prüm,has complex attributes,showing a transitional and mixed form between contemporary national history and Christian world history.
