摘要
基于2007~2018年长三角区域面板数据,运用DEA-Malmquist指数法测度建筑业全要素生产率,并构建空间计量模型进行实证研究。结果表明:(1)技术创新是推动全要素生产率增长的关键因素,建筑业技术进步指数每提高一个百分点,全要素生产率增长1.26%。(2)人力资本、产业规模、产业结构和开放水平对全要素生产率起正向促进作用;而经济水平的溢出会抑制本区域全要素生产率的增长,对相邻区域则产生促进作用。
Based on the regional panel data of Yangtze river delta in 2007~2018,the paper uses the DEAMalmquist index method to measure the total factor productivity of the construction industry,and constructs a spatial measurement model for empirical research.The results show that technological innovation is the key factor,and the growth of total factor productivity grows 1.26%when the technological progress index of construction industry increases for 1%.human capital investment,industrial scale and structure and degree of openness will promote the total factor productivity,and the spillover of economic level will hinder the total factor productivity grow in the region,but promote in the adjacent rigions.
