摘要
阐述工程项目全过程跟踪审计的实施过程中,跟踪审计行为本身要把握的法律边界、权限边界、道德边界、风险边界,并对超越边界造成的后果进行分析,提出防治越界的相应措施和建议。
This paper expounds the legal boundary,authority boundary,moral boundary and risk boundary that should be grasped during the implementation of tracking audit in the whole process of engineering project.Analyzes the consequences of crossing the border,and proposes corresponding measures and recommendations.
