善本医籍《外科枢要》辨治外科疾病学术思想探析

善本医籍《外科枢要》是明代薛己为治疗外科疾病所撰的记载有关外科疾病理论、经验、方药,并首次具体阐述对新生儿破伤风诊治的一部外科学专著。此书共分为4卷,卷一共载21篇,记载疮疡诊候辨证;卷二共载21篇,附以验案来具体说明常见的中医外科疾病的辨证分析及治疗方法;卷三共载18篇,主要配以验案来叙述全身各处17种疮疡疾病;卷四总列治疗疮疡方剂共151首,其中外治方18首,内治方133首,其后者涉及中药172种,用药总次数1077次。具有治病求本;滋其化源;温补脾胃;温补肾命等特点。这些宝贵医学理论对当今临床辨治外科疾病有其重要的参考价值。

The rare medical book of Waike Shuyao is a surgical treatise on the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal tetanus,which was written by XUE Ji in the Ming dynasty for the treatment of surgical diseases.This book is divided into four volumes,a total of 21 volumes,records the diagnosis of ulcer syndrome syndrome;Volume 2 contains 21 parts,attached to the case to explain the syndrome differentiation and treatment of common surgical diseases of traditional Chinese medicine;Volume 3 contains 18 articles,which mainly describe 17 kinds of ulcer diseases in various parts of the body.There were 151 prescriptions for treating ulcers in the fourth volume,including 18 externally treated prescriptions and 133 internally treated prescriptions,the latter of which involved 172 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine and 1077 times of use.With cure for the root;Spreading its chemical source;Warm spleen and stomach;The characteristic such as warm tonifying kidney life.These valuable medical theories have important reference value to the current clinical diagnosis and treatment of surgical diseases.
