旴江谢氏喉针喉药治疗梅核气顽症的临证经验

Clinical Experience of Treating Meiheqi Obstinate Disease with Xujiang XIE's Laryngeal Acupuncture and Laryngeal Medicine

探析旴江谢氏喉科流派第六代传承人谢强应用喉针、喉药治疗梅核气顽症的临证经验。通过对梅核气顽症的主要病因及病机的分析,认为其发病的根本病机是气郁痰凝痹阻经络。治疗时运用了旴江谢氏喉针(针刺合谷、廉泉、咽安2号,采用上补下泻手法),同时结合喉药(口服解郁消核饮)以益气疏郁、化痰通络、散结利咽,临床疗效颇佳。

To explore the clinical experience of XIE Qiang,the sixth generation inheritor of Xujiang laryngology academic genre,in the treatment of Meiheqi obstinate disease with laryngeal acupuncture and laryngeal medicine.Through the analysis of the main etiology and pathogenesis of Meiheqi obstinate disease,it is considered that the basic pathogenesis of the disease is Qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation obstructing meridians.During the treatment,Xujiang XIE's laryngeal acupuncture(Hegu,Lianquan and Yanan No.2 were punctured,and Upper Tonfying and Downward Purging Acupuncture was used)was used,and the laryngeal medicine(oral Jieyuxiaohe Decoction)was used to replenish qi and remove depression,dissipate phlegm and dredge collaterals,disperse knot and promote pharynx.
