中西医结合护理模式对产后盆底康复的疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing Mode on Postpartum Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation

目的:探讨中西医结合护理模式应用于产后盆底功能障碍康复的临床效果。方法:将2018年4月—2020年6月我院收治的阴道分娩100例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法的形式平均分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施盆底电刺激疗法联合生物反馈治疗和中医整脊正骨结合筋膜手法治疗,记录两组盆底肌力情况和阴道压力情况、盆底功能障碍、性生活满意度和护理满意度,并对护理效果进行比较。结果:观察组盆底肌功能恢复优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产后盆底康复的中西医结合护理模式能够帮助患者恢复盆底肌功能、提高生活质量,护理效果显著,值得临床推广与使用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing model in postpartum Pelvic floor dysfunction rehabilitation.Methods:100 cases of vaginal delivery in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2020,in accordance with the random number table,were divided into observation group and Control Group,each group had 50 cases.The Control Group received routine nursing,and the observation group received low-frequency electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscle,biofeedback treatment,combined with bone-setting and Fascia manipulation,the pelvic floor muscle strength,vaginal pressure,Pelvic floor dysfunction,sexual satisfaction and nursing satisfaction were recorded and compared.Results:The recovery of pelvic floor function in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can help patients to recover the function of pelvic floor muscle and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
