摘要
目的:建立蛇伤外敷超微散的质量标准。方法:薄层色谱(TLC)法对蛇伤外敷超微散中重楼、白芷、川芎、半边莲、黄柏、制天南星进行定性鉴别;显微鉴别法对处方中重楼、制天南星、白芷、川芎、黄柏进行鉴定;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对黄柏中盐酸小檗碱和盐酸黄柏碱进行含量测定。结果:重楼、白芷、川芎、半边莲、黄柏、制天南星的薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性均无干扰;盐酸小檗碱、盐酸黄柏碱分别在7.87~503.5μg/mL,7.9~1013μg/mL有良好的线性关系(r=0.9996;r=0.9998);平均回收率分别为101.38%,99.09%。结论:上述方法准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,能够较好地为蛇伤外敷超微散质量标准建立提供参考。
Objective:To establish the quality standard of snake wound external applicationμLtramicro powder.Methods:TLC was used to identify polyphylla,radix angelicae,ligusticμm wallichii,Lobelia chinensis,golden cypress and System of rhizoma arisaematis.The method of microscopic identification was used to identify polyphylla,System of rhizoma arisaematis,radix angelicae,igusticμm wallichii and golden cypress in the prescription.The contents of berberine hydrochloride and phellodendrine hydrochloride in Cortex Phellodendri were determined by HPLC.ResμLts:The TLC spots of polyphylla,radix angelicae,ligusticμm wallichii,Lobelia chinensis,golden cypress and System of rhizoma arisaematis were clear and negative without interference.Berberine hydrochloride and phellodenine hydrochloride had a good linear relationship between 7.87μg/mL and 503.5μg/mL,7.9μg/mL and 1013μg/mL,respectively(r=0.9996;r=0.9998).The average recoveries were 101.38%and 99.09%,respectively.Conclusion:The above methods are accurate,sensitive and reproducible,and can provide reference for the establishment of quality standard for external application ofμLtramicro powder on snake wound.
