中医大学生名医素质培养机制的初探

A Preliminary Dtudy on the Training Mechanism of the Quality of Famous Doctors of College Students of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:探讨中医大学生名医素质培养的有效机制。方法:采用文献统计和调查问卷法对历代名中医的素质进行剖析,并归纳出“仁、勤、敏、勇、和、沉”六大名中医素质;针对六大素质的培养机制对中医名家、中医教育者、中医大学生、临床中医师、患者五大人群进行调查,并对数据进行描述并做相关分析等。结果:(1)“仁、勤、敏、勇、和、沉”六大名中医素质被五大调查人群的大部分人认可,其中仁、敏两大素质认可度高,分别达到93.1%,88.6%;(2)六大素质的培养均需要正常的院校教育和中医师承教育的共同参与。结论:特殊的名医素质对中医大学生的名医养成有较大影响,这些名医素质的培养机制与院校+师承的教育模式密切相关。

Objective:To explore the effective mechanism of cultivating the quality of famous doctors in TCM universities.Methods:The quality of famous Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the past dynasties was analyzed by means of literature statistics and questionnaire,and the six TCM qualities of"benevolence,diligence,agility,courage,harmony,and Eden"were summarized.Then,according to the training mechanism of the six qualities,the five groups of Chinese medicine masters,Chinese medicine educators,Chinese medicine college students,clinical Chinese medicine doctors and patients were investigated,and the data were described and analyzed.Results:(1)"ren,qin,min,yong,he,shen"six TCM qualities were recognized by most of the five respondents,among which ren and min were highly recognized,reaching 93.1%and 88.6%respectively.(2)The cultivation of the six qualities requires the joint participation of normal college education and the master-apprentice education of TCM.Conclusion:The special quality of famous doctors has great influence on the cultivation of famous doctors of TCM college students,and the cultivation mechanism of these qualities is closely related to the education mode of college+apprentice.
